Submit an abstract
The call for oral papers is now open.
If your paper is accepted, a registration fee will be due:
- Oral communication: €500 + VAT
- Poster: 600 € + VAT
This fee includes: Access to Conferences and proceedings, Exhibition, Site visit, Social events, Coffee breaks and lunches from Tuesday 1st to Thursday 3rd April 2025.
The poster fee includes also the poster printing.

- Call for Paper (including poster) submission deadline: Friday 31 January
- Notification of paper/poster acceptance: Before Friday 7 February
- Poster file to be sent before: Friday 14 March
- Presentation file to be sent before: Friday 21 March
