SUNG Catherine

Catherine Sung currently leads ProLogium’s Business Management and Supply Chain Management division. Over her 12-year tenure, she has spearheaded the establishment of operational infrastructure, the development of production cost and financial models, as well as the integration of capacity expansion planning and site selection assessments. She has further developed large-scale project evaluation mechanisms, systematic cost strategies, and supply chain management frameworks.

Catherine also supports the CEO in executing corporate development strategies and formulating strategic partnership plans, ensuring that all resources are allocated to maximize efficiency and accelerate ProLogium’s path to achieving economies of scale in next-generation lithium ceramic battery production.

At the early stage of ProLogium, she leveraged her cross-disciplinary expertise in IT and finance to lead the implementation of a comprehensive ERP system and a digitalized production system. This enabled ProLogium, as a startup, to secure orders from major smartphone manufacturers, ensure stable supply, and integrate into the global market.

Prior to joining ProLogium Catherine was an IT solutions consultant at Siemens Group and worked with the general manager at the AI software company Intumit, where she continues to hold a position as an independent director.
