BELTROP Kolja

Dr. Kolja Beltrop studied chemistry at the University of Muenster and obtained his doctorate in the group of Prof. Martin Winter in the field of novel electrolytes based on ionic liquids and advanced electrolyte additives for lithium-ion batteries and alternative energy storage systems. From 12/2017 until 12/2020, Dr. Kolja Beltrop was the responsible laboratory manager for the synthesis and electrochemical characterization of electrolyte components at the MEET Battery Research Center. He has more than 8 years of experience in the field of lithium-ion batteries and is author of 12 scientific publications and 1 patent. Since 05/2019 Kolja Beltrop is the CTO and co-founder of the start-up company E-Lyte Innovations GmbH.
