MARTINEZ Guillermo

Guillermo Martinez is the Battery Sector Lead for Turner & Townsend, and works on the construction of multiple battery projects globally. Guillermo has an in-depth understanding of the global battery market, and the risks and opportunities that affect construction of battery production assets. As a subject matter expert, he supports the delivery of project management, cost management, project controls and PMC services across a portfolio of more than 600 GWh of battery production to date. Previously, Guillermo has also been actively involved in projects in sectors with similar challenges and technical characteristics, as manufacturing, life sciences and datacenters. Thanks to the broader view acquired in other mature industries, Guillermo actively contributes to support all involved stakeholders in establishing and implementing best practices to manage construction projects across the battery value chain.
