As Director of Employment and Talents Acquisition for the Communauté Urbaine de Dunkerque, I have been involved for over 10 years in the urban and industrial transformation of this area of French maritime Flanders, which, according to the World Economic Forum, makes it « one of the 20 territories that will save the world ».

I make an active contribution to this thanks to my ability to embrace the complexity of territorial development and explore new levers of innovation, based on cooperation and the search for concrete results.

Since 2019, I have been contributing to the transformation of Dunkirk’s industry, based on decarbonisation and reindustrialisation, putting skills, employment, training and education at the heart of the approach, with a collective of many public and private partners.
